Espotting Media promotes Matthew Colebourne to Senior Vice President & General Manager

- Leads Espotting Network Division for FindWhat.com, Inc. -

FORT MYERS, FL AND LONDON - September 21, 2004 - Espotting Media, one of Europe's leading paid listings providers, and a division of FindWhat.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: FWHT), today announced the promotion of Matthew Colebourne to senior vice president and general manager. He previously held the position of vice president of operations at Espotting Media.

In this newly created position, Mr. Colebourne will head up the European division of the largest independent global paid listings provider, created through the recent merger of FindWhat.com and Espotting (July 1, 2004). In addition to overseeing the operations that serve Espotting's advertisers and distribution partners across Europe, key roles include integrating operations with FindWhat.com, as well as continuing to develop Espotting's performance-based marketing offerings.
