MIVA GRAD SCHOOL LAUNCHES IN THE UK

Specialist Performance Marketing training programme developed for media agencies

London, 29 November 2005, MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA) a leading independent Performance Marketing Network has this month announced the launch of MIVA Grad School, a new training programme designed to introduce graduate recruits and media agency staff to performance marketing, namely Pay-Per-Click and Pay-Per-Call* Ads.

The first MIVA Grad School was held in London this month, attracting over forty delegates from major UK media agencies including All Response Media, MindShare, Carat and The Search Works.

The new training programme is split into a series of modules which have been developed by MIVA in liaison with its agency partners. The first of these modules charts the history and current role of both Pay-Per-Click and Pay-Per-Call Ads in the overall marketing mix. The programme also covers the different players, products and services in the market, as well as sessions on editorial best practice and maximising ROI for clients and the MIVA API.

The pace of growth in Pay-Per-Click Ads has been phenomenal - in just 5 years it has grown to account for 40% of total online media spend in the UK. Online media revenues now exceed those of radio, outdoor and cinema advertising**. It is also a sector that is constantly innovating, as seen with MIVA's launch of Pay-Per-Call in the UK earlier this year.
