Product Management Office - New York

We are looking to fill a key role - the Project Management Office. This person will work with project managers and team leads to build and maintain accurate work plans and resolve work plan challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the PMO Work Plan Manager in tracking project performance
  • Manages progress of deliverables according to the integrated work plan
  • Reports project progress and issues to PMO Work Plan Manager
  • Monitors individual work plan quality and milestone progress
  • Identifies and tracks resource capability and staffing resource requirements
  • Collects and tracks individual team work plan updates
  • Serves as a conduit for sharing best practices and other project-based knowledge among project teams
  • Interfaces with project teams to provide work plan development guidance and coordination
  • Reports key milestone status to team leads, sponsors and executive leadership
  • Escalates and monitors work plan issues
  • Obtains milestones and detailed work plans to develop the integrated work plan for the Program
  • Conducts reviews of all work streams prior to sign-off of each Program phase
  • Conducts go-live readiness assessments

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • PMP certified
  • Understanding of technical terms and conditions
  • Strong meeting facilitation, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience with project management processes and tools
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change

  • Addessing partner support questions
  • Responsible for buying traffic on third party networks to send to our advertisers
