    Dear Scott,

I did not answer the first part of your question.

I just found out about it about an hour or so ago. My son found it by
    total accident.

So, I will be pursing this whole thing tomorrow.

    Thank you,

    Nerd Boy

    Dear Scot,

I have been trying to get Nerd Boy as a Trademark, but they say it is "A
Generic Term" and cannot be Trademarked. Funny, Microsoft was able the
Trademark "Windows" which I think is pretty generic. I am not done with
this whole process yet. With no problems at all it can take 2 to 3 years to
    get a Trade Mark.

I am thinking the Logo will be covered under Copyright Law, but I am not
absolutely sure about that...hence the call to my attorney.

    Thank you,

    Nerd Boy

Here's a thought that seems to be in the minority though:

Any way you can ask them to kindly remove all references to your
company/logo/etc first before suing them for everything? I only ask this
because it could be people's livelihoods at stake over albeit a stupid
mistake but one that could be quickly corrected?

Don't hold back. Spend all the money you have to set an example. =

    Seriously though, that does stink.
