Looking for a module or custom programming



Here is what I would like

I am looking for a module to use for our ebay auctions.

I would like to be able to send our customers a link with attribute
value/pairs in the URL which will populate fields in the item form - if the
pairs do not appear in the URL it will just be a blank field for the user to
input the information manually

I would like

Title
Auction # (If Applicable)
Final Price

We will calculate shipping based on our shipping table.

Is there a module similar to this - the main feature is being able to pass
the attribute value/pairs through the URL
