looking for Echo payment module

I am looking for an Echo payment module. The current Miva version is 4.24. I have searched and searched, and still can not find a module for sale. ~or free for that matter~ I am not a programmer and do not have one at my disposal. If you know someone that sells said module, PLEASE reply. If a specific module is not available, then help with how to accomplish this seemingly impossible task of getting the shopping cart to communicate appropriately with Echo/Merchant America would also be valuable. Thank you!

The only Echo payment module I'm aware of is available from Serrahost. Echo lists the contact as [email protected], but my emails to that address have gone unanswered. I did get a reply to an email I sent to [email protected], however.
