Urgent Help !! Fatal ErrorMER-DTB-00395

Hi,

There is a huge sale going on today and we were
getting huge traffic.

Everything was going fine and suddenly this error
message poped up;
Fatal Error
Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is
unable to continue. The following information may
assist you in determining the cause of the error:
Error Code: MER-DTB-00395
Description: 'Merchant2/00000001/stats.dbf' contains
an unsupported field ( 1 ) of type ' '


I was able to upload the stats.dbf file form backup.
It works fine for 10 minutes and we are getting the
same message again.
Recently we moved the server from shared hosting to
dedicated server. Not sure this is causing any
problems.

Sounds like your stats.dbf was corrupted, but not sure why it would occur
repeatedly. You may have to get your host involved to find the cause.
