oddball Price Table Based Shipping calc on two orders

Okay, I'm trying to wrap my poor aching brain around this to find out
if there is one single best way to include the various PPC tracking
code snippets Google, Overture, Find What, etc....

I don't know much about QwkTracker but it looks like it would do it
all. Then there's the concept of creating an Affiliate for each PPC.
But which way is best? I also heard a rumor that Chuck has a kicka**
presentation on how to do this very thing. It's all too confusing to
me - I thought some of these snippets have to go in the invoice footer
    - but how do you put them in the invoice footer if you are using them
in the affiliate program? Or is it a combination of the two? Do they
conflict with each other? Or should I just go back to the idea of
using QwkTracker - will that unconfuse me?

What version of Merchant are you using? Wasn't there a bug fix in 4.24 where
the shipping method had been called twice and so it was corrected in 4.22? Not
exactly sure how this was adversely affecting the calculation as I use 4.22 and
    have not experienced problems.

Well, that's not entirely true. I have seen sometimes where I go to checkout,
and decide to remove the items in my cart prior to the invoice and start again.
Shipping charges do not always clear and sometimes double up. I believe there
are threads on this issue in the archives.

      Don,

      Thanks for the reply. Answer:

      MM: v4.21 / MVM: v4.1000
      OpenUI: [4.952/4.952/4.952/4.980]

I looked in the archives "Price Table Based Shipping" with little luck.

        Thanks Jeff,

It was an Availability Group issue. New employee checked the wrong
        boxes. You solved it!

Not unlike the time you helped solve a mysterious issue when you
tracked down a Mac browser issue about 3 yrs ago - again, Avail.
        Groups.

        Thank you.

Theere was a typo in my initial response. The Miva fix was implemented in 4.24,
          not 4.22.
