    Slow left admin frame

I seem to remember a thread on here regarding a slow left-side admin
frame update, but I cannot find it in the archive. Someone remember the
    particulars?

That's often caused by having a large number of expired
baskets and the OpenUI which counts your baskets when
    that frame is loaded.

      Norman,

If you spend most of your time in the lower "standard" Merchant section,
then you want to turn off the JavaScript "tree".

Just click on Domain Settings, then the OpenUI Setup tab. At the end is a
checkbox for the JavaScript Left Tree. Just disable it.
