OT Lawsuites against Findwhat.com



I made earlier posts on similar issue. I've seen/seen plenty of press =
that
the suits were coming.=20

Another problem is that FindWhat's paid results are served by =
un-monitored
and in many cases foreign based websites (even though the search results =
are
English), which produce very little if any converting traffic. I thought =
my
spend went fast in Yahoo/Overture. Findwhat can burn through the same =
budget
in two days versus a week spend with Yahoo/Overture.

I stopped using FindWhat entirely, even though it was originally
'positively' factored into my decision to use Miva.

Didn't think it was worth commenting on, after all that is why lawyers
exist.

If Miva does go up for sale, let me know, I have a few million lying
