I'm hoping someone can see what is wrong, because it escapes me.
When the customer logs in, I want a greeting in the category header, =
until they log out. (I'm not using the login message screen).
So, I put code in the category header using the %begin_login%%end_login% =
shortcuts. I have the return customer log in on the LOGN screen, they =
log in and it takes them back to the storefront and there is the =
greeting: Welcome Name. It works great. Ok, now they click on a category =
and the greeting disappears and does not reappear until they add =
something to their basket. Then it stays the whole time, even if they =
remove everything from the basket, until they log out.
If a new customer creates an account on the LOGN screen, their greeting =
appears and then disappears too. The same way.
Why am I losing the customers' log in status when they click on a =
category?
Thanks,
Laurie
