attribute with labels

Hi everyone,

We sell gift certificates on our site and would like to add an attribute
that asks the customer if they want us to fill the g/c out for them. We are
wanting to have a box that is already labeled with a To: and From: field so
it is easier for the customer to understand. If the customer does not want
us to fill out the gift certificate I would like to have a check box that
says "No thanks". Is there any way to create such a thing with some kind of
attributes module?

I created a text area attribute that asks the customer to enter the
recipient's name and the name of the giver but it just seems kinda crummy.

Any ideas?

Anyone have experience with making Miva Bobby/508 compliant? We called up
Miva yesterday about this issue and they said, "Accessible? Our product is
available through Web browsers."

Not the response I was hoping for.

What were you looking for? Not sure who you're testing for, but my
husband is blind and uses JAWS to navigate the web. He could tell you in
10 minutes of your site was accessible to the thousands of blind users
out there using the barest bones of equipment to surf.
