    abandon order module

I need a button that will allow a user to "abandon" an order (and erase any
cookie so they can come back into my store and start fresh.

    Module?

I don't get what you mean. After I login and exit and go to the store again I
am get the welcome back as though I had logged in again. I want to be able to
    stop that behavior.

      abandon order module

This doesn't quite do the trick. If I remove all items from my basket so the
basket is empty and exit the browser when I come back into the store it
remembers my login and welcomes me back. I don't want Miva to remember who I
was so I can start again (abandon who I was). The only way to do this is to
      clear my cookies.

They can always empty their contents from the basket screen (BASK). A
module that removes the entire order instead of one-by-one, is here

Odd, there is a module that remembers you. If the default behaviour was to
remember you , there would be no need for this module. Anyways, to logout,

Either set your basket time out lower, or click on the logout link under
              Accounts.

The cookie will remain active until the timeout set in admin for basket
timeout, and will remember you and or the contents of your basket -
unless you log out before closing the browser.

That is the default behavior of the software. With the intent of
remembering the shopper if they come back before the timeout.
