OT: how best to create html newsletters?
Hi Tom,
Give Scot's Mailing List a shot. You can download a copy and play around
with it from:

This is full featured except that you can not send out the newsletters
until you purchase a license.
If you decide to get a license, do it from my site as the price is
somewhere around $40 less than the MivaCentral price.
