Anyone know the fix for the example error below?

Runtime error in features/tui/tui_mgr.mvc @ [0000001a:00000124]:
features/tui/tui_mgr.mv: Line 580: MvDO: Unable to open
'/mm5/5.00/1,5.00,ex-strikeout,110,modules/uploads/ex-strikeout.mvc,Product
Price Strikeout Example,Miva Corporation,1,5.0000': The system cannot
find the path specified.
