MIVA 5 Inventory tracking at attribute level?

I am just checking to see if this version can be set up to track inventory at
the attribute level.

If so, or if there is a workaround, please provide me with a few hints so I can
begin to look into it.

If not, is there a module yet that will allow me to track attribute level.
Viking Coders had one called "Inventory Manager" that interfaced with both
Storeman and MIVA 4 versions. I don't know if it works with MIVA 5, etc... (I
think Inventory Manager required openUI, but I don't know for sure. I still
need to check on that but I need to start asking questions some place, and here
seems good.)

Not yet. Since this is a VERY popular request and an obvious need one would
hope that the 3rd party developers will have this at the top of their list.
