Fatal Error During Install

I am trying to install Miva 5. Our Hosting Provider installed the =
engine for us (version 5.01). I just decompressed Miva Merchant 5 =
(Merchant-v5.00PR1-bundle.tar) and uploaded the contents of the mm5 =
directory to the root directory of our website.

When I attempt to access setup.mvc I get the following error:

Fatal error in setup.mvc @ [00000004:000000ec]: setup.mv: Line 219: =
Unresolved call to external function 'xml_parse'

Please help!!!

Fatal Error During Install



Hi Kevin:

There are new libraries that Empresa5 uses
that Empresa4 (the engine) didn't, and those
either not been uploaded to your account or
your mivavm.conf is not configured to use them.
All of the files needed are in the lib/ directory
of the Empresa5 package.
