    Cybersource Troubles



    "The 4301323123456789 merchant is not configured to use the CyberSource
    system, please contact your support representative"

    Anybody seen this problem from the Cybersource module yet?
    Does this sound like a problem at Cybersource?
    Can someone also confirm what the correct URL is supposed to be?

    Cybersource Troubles



    Hi Wil,

    The customer most likely has the wrong Merchant ID listed in the module-
    they should have their CyberSource username in the module, not the
    actual MID provided by their merchant account.

    If this is not the case, make sure that they are still using the test
    url in the module if they have not gone live in the Business Center.
