How can I install MIVA on a new IP (same domain name)? Domain is

    Help!

I keep putting off migration to my new server because I can't get MIVA to
install on my new site. (same Domain Name, different IP address, same DNS
server). I was told by someone that I could configure my PC to show IP
instead of Domain. This would allow me to designate an IP address as a
destination in the MIVA install script...not a domain name. Any ideas would
    be totally appreciated!

You'll need to modify your HOSTS file on your PC to include the new IP and
    domain name.

You already have a copy of Merchant 5 to install?
