add products to merchant with code

I have a miva script that produces a list of products for the user to see.

Is there any way to add these products to the user's basket in merchant?

I can add a link that lets the user add the products one at a time, but I
would like the user to click a button or link and have the program add the
complete list of products to the user's basket.

Is this possible?
