Disregarding Miva's stance on this for a moment, the reason a company should
be very deligent in defending the use of thier trademarks in web sites is
simply a matter of general protection.
If I let you use PhosphorMedia in a site that is benifical to us, then it
becomes harder to defend the rights to it when someone wants to use that
domain in a competitive site.
