Synchro downloading old orders

After changing a license key in a store,
Synchro is trying to download orders
previously done under the old license key.

Is this expected behavior and can Synchro
be told to skip or ignore those existing orders?

Synchro downloading old orders



The Last Order Number is set properly at the start of the synchro with
the newly-moved store, but then Synchro goes and reads the list of
orders at the store and determines that it needs to synchronize with
*every* order at the site. I suppose we could just delete all the orders
stored at the site (since they are already in QuickBooks anyway.

But, will the same thing happen when it goes to synchronize products?

Anyone have experience moving a store that uses Miva's Synchro? Is there
a way to avoid this complete re-synchronization?

Jen,

Highlight the store you want, then click the Properties button. In the
popup window, click the Orders button. In the next popup window, set
Last Order # to the one previous to the order at which you want to start
downloading.
