When attempting to download Miva orders into QB Pro 2004, the following
error message is received: "Quickbooks error: Error communicating with
QuickBooks: The ticket parameter is invalid." This is the first time we
have used Synchro and have been unable to download any orders. It
appears that Synchro is able to connect to our Miva site, but just won't
download any of the info.
