This is really becoming a problem. Customers are starting to update their Miva records (e-mail or billing address, etc) and such changes are not being reflected in the QB account. So what happens, QB is sending e-mail messages to an invalid account or we are calling to invalid phone numbers.
We have always encouraged our customers to keep their Miva account updated but we never expected to the information to not be updated in QB.
Please Help.
