Has anyone received replies from the Miva Synchro support folks? I have
seen 7 messages since the end of November posted to the list-serv but no
responses from the Miva folks (including to my request from below).

Hi Danny,

I apologize for our absence from the user group. We'll be going through =
and catching up on the posts.

To answer your question, Miva Synchro is designed to work with Miva =
Merchant v4.x and above. It will work with the older Miva Empresa =
engine, v3.97, but not properly with Miva Merchant v3.x.
