Potential New User with Questions

I'm thinking about purchasing Synchro, but am concerned. I currently have
Miva 4.23 with the Quickbooks module, and am unable to import into
quickbooks from the export from Miva. I get error codes that appear to be
related to the sales tax line. Will I have this same problem with Synchro?



Also, is there a good place to go to read up on how to prepare for Synchro,
or should I just follow the user guide? I'm very interested in knowing what
problems others have had and ways to avoid them. I've heard that there is a
pretty steep learning curve.



I would love to have synchro to avoid duplicate entry into quickbooks for
sales receipts and inventory. Am I in the right place? Any advice would be
greatly appreciated.

Hi Michele,

I am a new synchro user and yes, I have found there is a huge learning curve.

Unfortunately, this group is not very active.

I haven't found any prep guide.

The biggest problem I have had is with inventory.
Make sure you use the exact same codes in QB and Miva.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful, but I am a newbie.
