Payment Yellow Window (survey)

While Miva guides me on resolving a payment resolving problem I will like to have some feedback on the "Payment Yellow Window".

When I started using Miva Synchro, the yellow window would automatically appear in a 2"x4" window. After a few weeks, the yellow window started appearing full screen.

Never wasn't clear if this change was caused by settings on our own computer or if the change was in Synchro.

Is anyone experiencing this (yellow window changed from a 2x4 to a full screen)?

Payment Yellow Window (survey)



Hi Elaine,

The window is resizable and will remember it's last size/position for =
the next time it opens. It may have been inadvertently enlarged. Try =
sizing it down and closing it. The next time, it should stay that size.
