Miva Login printed in QB Invoices

Customers rarely remember their logins and before Synchro, that was not a problem. Now, double records does not permit us view customer's transaction under one same accounting window. To minimize customers creating additional records we want to be able to present their LOGIN either in the Packing Slip or Invoice (or both) BUT such tokens are not available in QB's templates.

Please advise.

Also allow the transfer of the Miva Customer Login Name to the QuickBooks

You gave me an idea that works, I went into the Synchro Properties and duplicated the LOGIN (read only) field to QB Account number. Then I went to the templates and added that choice to appear in the invoices (changed what appears from Account # to Login). Now customers have a hard copy of their login and hopefully that will minimize customers forgetting their login and creating duplicate accounts.

Error retrieving payment

Payment retrieving process was fine. We assigned a Vendor for the Sales Tax and now we get an error while retrieving payment information: "Error retrieving order information from Miva Merchant". Guidance please.
