May I offer a few interface design suggestions for Synchro?
1. Add a menu or button for "About" that displays, among whatever else, the
version of the software currently installed and in use. Just like in most
software programs when you go to Help > About.
2. Add a menu or button that opens the help file.
3. Add a menu or button that opens the XML and Merchant log files.
All of these would be helpful as I'm trying to troubleshoot problems.
Also, if synchronizing products, you are required to enter a COGS account.
However, if all of your items are services or non-inventory products, then
you don't have a COGS account. I'm not sure how to handle that, other than
perhaps to manually create a COGS account and just ignore it for any
purposes other than to allow Synchro to do its stuff.
