V 1.61 still not updating

I have downloaded v1.61 3 times.... It appears to download and the .exe
file is named 1.61 .... When I run 1.61 .exe (with synchro NOT running)
the "install" goes very fast. When I check my version, it is still
1.6.0.0. when I download a file, the customer name is still not coming
through in the sales receipt.... Can you give me any ideas or help on
what might be happening?

Synchro-v1.61.exe file size is ..... 3.95 MB (4,142,157 bytes)

Anyone else out there experiencing a similar issue?

Thanks for the response.....
Did you have to "reconfigure" everything? That is, set up the
relationships between miva and QB data base elements again?

Dean,

I suggest you first remove (uninstall) the old version, and check the
install directory to make sure it was removed. i.e. the installl
directory shoul not contain any .exe foles, ...etc. Then install the new
version.

That is what I did, and it worked.
