    Where's the FIX for 1.60?



    come on Miva ... you create a major issue with 1.60, which now requires on
    every order that I now input the customer information in each receipt, which
    now takes a bunch of time each day, and I hear of no update on the DATE for
    a fix. This should be a top priority, and if you cannot figure out how to
    fix this, then please tell me that I can back update to 1.51

    Where's the FIX for 1.60?



    We just switched from using Invoices to Sales Receipts. We encountered the
    same problems as have been listed in this group. But our processing manager
    did find a way to get the customer name and address to appear in the Sales
    Receipt. (SHE IS AWESOME) It does take her twice as long as it normally
    should, but it is tons shorter than typing it in again. Hope it helps other
    to weather until the patch is sent.

    Here is how:
    On the sales receipt go to the drop down box under "Customer:Job". Choose
    the name below the one you are working on. Then switch back to your
    customer. The info will magically appear and be there from then on.

    Also... is anyone else having the problem with the new patch on QB 2004 Pro
    where emails are not able to send from sale receipts? We had been using
    Invoices b/c the FedEx functionallity was not there (though promised) with
    Sale Receipts. The recent upgrade fixed that, but caused this email
    problem. Anyone else notice this? Or am I alone on this issue? :)
