Payment Information

Our store is a Authorize/Capture payment type. After synchronizing I
cannot find the payment information in QB. Just wondering because we
anticipate deleteing orders from Miva every 2 month and we need for QB
to have all the information.

Any ideas?

Hi Elaine,

That information is not brought in automatically. You have to do it manually
with the "Retrieve Payment" feature. Look in the user guide on page 35:
