QB single order download not working

When I try to synchronize a single order from the QB
file>merchant>download orders link

Synchro acts like it is doing something.. "synchronizing 1 of 1 orders"
message. then the final stat window pops up with zero action taken... If
I go to the main Synchro window and reset order number back to the order
before the one I need to download (that can be 10-15 orders back)
Synchro will get it but then I have to wait the half hour for the rest
of the orders to decide that they have already been down loaded.

QB 2004 premier
Merchant 4.22

Any suggestions??

QB single order download not working



Send over the 3 Miva Synchro log files and I'll take a look at it to see
what's going on.

QB single order download not working



I have a similar problem. When I try to download a single order, it crams
all of the orders in Miva into one big long invoice in QuickBooks.
