Abort Error with Miva 1.5

I had a European customer who on Miva 1.5 would not import, and I changed
two fields and it works fine, so there is a problem with:

- for 'state' this customer entered an underscore - don't know why, he just
did.
- Customer's name had the European/Nordic a with the 2 dots over it.

I changed these two fields in Miva admin, and then Synchro had no problem
importing.

Can Miva support look into this.

We're aware of some lingering issues with special characters in customer
address info. Development is working on these now.
