    Is anyone seeing a situation where orders are being imported but the
    customer is not? We have several separate cases where orders appear but
    when we try to search by customer they aren't there.

    Quickbooks cannot save an order unless it is associated with a customer.
    Double check what the order is being saved under in the Customer:Job (upper
    left) on the invoice/sales receipt. It could be that Synchro is saving the
    order under a different name than you expect (maybe ship-to name instead of
    bill-to or company).
