We tried using the method of resetting the "Last Order #" in the
"Properties: Orders" window of Miva Synchro as a way to go back and pick
up Miva Merchant orders that came in out of order.
During the synchro process it looks like it is getting them. But then
the window says no new orders were synchronized and the missed orders do
NOT show up in QuickBooks.
Has anyone had success going back and picking up orders that come in out
of order? Is there another step besides resetting the Last Order #?
