We have been having good luck with Synchro, but today on Synchronize, it
skipped an order that we had received.
At the end of yesterday, order #1460 came in and synchronized fine.
This morning we had two orders, #1459 and #1461. But only #1461 came
through to QuickBooks during the Synchronize process. So unless we
manually entered #1459, we would have lost it.
Has anyone seen Synchro lose orders before? Does the fact that the
orders were not in numerical order have anything to do with it?
