Synchron Error--item exist

When I try to do the synchronization, I got:
"the name "stanley widzins" of the list element is already in use"
error. That name appears on the "bill to" field of the order. And in our
QB company file, I did a search on that name. It appeared on some of
the checks. Would someone help? Thanks

Synchron Error--item exist



Hi Holly,

Does the customer's name appear in your QuickBooks file as "widzins,
stanley"? If so, then this is part of an issue with the QuickBooks API that
we are working on a workaround for. This will be in the next release of Miva
Synchro.
