Customer Phone Numbers?

    Customer Phone Numbers?



    Well, I just ran synchro sucessfully for the first time and I noticed that
    the customer phone number does not fill into quickbooks. Is this something
    I missed somewhere or is this just how it works? And anyway to get rid of
    the extra line gap if no Company name is entered.

    Also it would be nice if I could have the customer name entered last name,
    first name as that is how we have always done it but maybe miva will add
    that feature sometime in the future.

    Customer Phone Numbers?



    Hello,

    For the phone number, make sure your customer account has a phone number
    entered in it under the "Bill To" side. This is what QuickBooks pulls the
    phone number from.

    The extra line gap needs to be there to anticipate that there could be a
    Company Name entered.

    We're looking at Customer Name issues now. We may make that change. Not sure
    yet...

          Hi Alexis,

          Check all three settings (Products, Customers, and Orders) and make sure all
          required fields are filled out in Miva Synchro. Make sure that the "OK"
          button on each screen is not grayed out.

            I Check but still getting this error, I have miva-->QB and Miva =
            overwrites
            QB at all times also I have it set for a full sync=20

              Are all Settings screens filled in correctly and do they all have a
              clickable "OK" button?
