    Just downloaded and installed production version. Miva Synchro dies.

    Hi,



    I'm not sure if this is the current forum for support, but I'm trying
    here and will call your Miva support# once you guys open at 900am PST.



    I registered for the beta and had relatively good luck in getting things
    to work and purchased the product early on.



    Now that I am ready to begin the LIVE implementation of your product, it
    DIES! And, ties up QuickBooks to where I cannot exit QuickBooks. So, I
    have to use the Task Manager to kill QuickBooks and hope that something
    major does not go wrong with our QB database.



    I think the Miva Synchro process dies when it tries to sync the
    products, since that is what the log file shows (just a Begin) for the
    Product sync.



    Note that this is the latest and "greatest" version you have available..
    I just downloaded it last night!



    Please advise.

    Right list, but currently not very active. I joined last week when I heard
    of some of the trouble with Synchro, this is one of the first posts I've
    seen. Cyn
