    End of Beta period?



    Well, it's November 3rd, and our beta has stopped working. We purchased the
    license on Oct. 10. Now what?

    End of Beta period?



    I had to email them directly, but yes. Here's the answer:

    A license will be sent to you once the Miva Synchro is fully released. For
    now we do not have any unexpired beta versions because the full release will
    be sometime in the next week or so.

      Yah, well, I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt because of the
      wildfire. Just a small nuisance they probably didn't figure into their
      release date. ;-)

        Frankly, I'm still a little nervous implementing Synchro into our live
        accounting. It just seems like there were an awful lot of things that
        weren't ready to go, hadn't been thought through completely, or just
        didn't work smoothly.

        When the web is your livelihood, its dangerous to go experimenting with
        a fully functional loaded cart. I paid for my copy a long time ago, but
        haven't messed with it in several versions just because there appeared
        to be so many glitches. Even being down a few hours could cost a great
        deal of money.

        I assume that customers still import under the individual's name. That
        won't work for anyone doing B2B sales.

        Hopefully all the other glitches are corrected at this point.
