    This is a related question to Bob Nilsson's question on purchase of =
    Miva
    Synchro:

    We have already "plunked down" our payment for Miva Synchro back in =
    late
    August. We were told that the beta would end August 31 and we had to
    commit to purchase before that date. Yet, the beta was extended.

    There is a standard Miva software purchase statement when ordering that
    says we have 30 days to return the software if not fully satisfied.

    If we were "forced" into paying by the end of August, where does that
    leave us in asking for any return if things do not work out to our
    satisfaction?
