    Miva Synco Orders



    Has anyone got Miva Synco to work in regards to orders from Miva? I was
    able to get customers and /or inventory to Sync, but cannot get
    orders/invoices from Miva to Quickbooks.

    Heck and already spent the $200 so I doubt I can get a refund to perhaps buy
    storeman.

    We are still just testing, but our test orders have synched fine so far.

      Are you getting any errors when trying to synchronize orders? Could you
      please describe the problem you are having in greater detail?

        Are you transferring the Miva Merchant Orders to QuickBooks as Sales
        Receipts or Invoices? You can check this on the orders button in Miva
        Synchro.

        I'll explain it the best I can. Synchro states that the synchronization
        is
        successful. However, I have never had any luck with orders transferring
        even though it says it was successful. On one occasion, after stating
        that
        it was successful, the products were removed from Miva Merchant. I have
        never received an error message.Synchro always seems to think it was
        successful.

          Miva Merchant error - unknown error Is all the that states. Ditto for the
          error log.

          Also, what's the status on Oct 1st expire date. As we paid our $199 for the
          product already

            Miva Synco Orders



            Hello,

            Could you setup Miva Synchro to generate all three logs and send them all to
            me? The QuickBooks XML log and the Miva Merchant log can be found in the
            Miva Synchro Settings button.

            We'll should be releasing a new Beta release, which will have the expiration
            date bumped up again, as we have done in the past. Once we are confident
            that we have a release candidate ready, we will package and release it to
            those who have already purchased licenses for it.

              Synchro with other modules



              I have coupon module from Mr. Weiland. After synchronization, the coupon
              info will not be taken into account in QB. I assume there will be same
              problems with other 3rd party payment modules. Anybody has handled this
              and could you give me some ideas on how to handle it?
