    Hi,
    Miva Synchro and my QB Application worked together just fine last week.
    Then I deleted my Miva store and setup 3 new Miva store fronts. Now When
    I try to use Synchro, I got "Unknown error".

    Would someone help me. I have attached log files.

    Hi Holly,

    FYI...Attachments sent to any of the User Groups get deleted by the mail
    server.

    Anyway, you want to make sure you have updated Miva Synchro with your
    new
    Store Codes, login info, and paths to the Miva Merchant admin script.
    Otherwise, it will try to login to an old store that doesn't exist.
    Also,
    make sure you activate the Miva Synchro Connector module in the stores
    you
    wish to use it with.
