We are using Quickbooks to add inventory to Miva via Synco. Our Buyer who
orders the item(s) at times will enter a very long product name which in
turn carries over to Miva.
The issue is, I can shorten the product name within Miva but
The next time I re-sync, Miva ends up with the too long product name from
Quickbooks so it's a repeating nightmare.
I suppose i could create another attribute and call it say short product
name but than all the modules and miva that use product name will have to
re-coded to use the new attribute of short prod name.
