Change featured_products to featured-products

I want to change the Featured Products category code used for the SFNT from featured_products to featured-products. I changed the category code and even changed the foreach from <mvt:foreach iterator="product" array="featured_products:products"> to <mvt:foreach iterator="product" array="featured-products:products"> but that didn't seem to make it work.

Do I need to create the items all over again?

Hey Leslie -

I think you are referring to the featured_products category which is part of the skin customization module (included in bootstrap framework)?

If so, unfortunately it cannot be changed at this time. It is hard coded into the module to look for that specific category code. That category was intended to always be a non active category, so if you really need a featured products category to display to users you could create a second one with the category code you need.

Also, I think you already RSVP'ed to the Ready Themes Developer Preview next week, but if you haven't definitely do it. It has a feature which allows you to display featured products on any page, and pull them from any category which would solve this problem for you.

Yup I did. Hopefully there is a solution the unwanted styles that get thrown in by the skin customization module too.
