Since you use Easy Contact, you don't really need another contact form. You could simply point a link to it if you wanted to retain the Contact Us link in the menu. It's not so much about the form as that it isn't working. A bunch of other stuff wasn't working either. Miva support fixed it a few minutes ago. I think that it was a Java issue, but I don't know for sure. Maybe I'll switch to the Easy Contact to keep it all in one place, but for now I am just trying to get Suivant up and running like it is supposed to run.

So now it looks like that file does not exist on your server, Not sure what happen but looks like it was never created when the framework was installed.

Just realized the same thing on my Iron and Wool theme, the Forms directory was never created. Thanks for the info!
