Stray CSS in the Base ready theme

This block of code starts on line 116 of styles.css in the Base Ready Theme:

ali
/* Form */
form {
    margin: 5px 0px;
}

Looks like "ali" must be something left over or partially missing from some alignment statement. If I get rid of the "ali" line, the overall appearance of the page and certain things in the page shifts slightly.

I didn't notice this *yet* but it could be a CSS rule.
