I'm trying to create a ReadyTheme Navigation set that behaves the the cattree. Click on a category that has sub-categories and it stays open. It looks none of the ReadyTheme samples behaves this way. It would be good to have this format too.

Re: ReadyTheme Navigation Set link cattree
I figured this out but it's created a whole new set of issues with the displaying of sub-categories on a category page. Two cat trees are causing two sets of sub cat listing. I'll start a new thread for the new problem...

I need to revisit this with a variation - I still need a ReadyTheme Navigation Set that behaves like the cattree with a Parent and Child Navigation Items - when you click on the Parent link, the Child Items display. These links would be to Pages instead of any categories so that may make a difference in how it behaves just like the cat tree. It seems there still isn't code like this available in the ReadyTheme Navigation Sets.Leslie Kirk

Yes, I have Pages that I want to add to a Navigation Set, but I want to have the ability to use the Child Navigation look & feel of the cat tree instead of the flyout. Lightbulb! I think I know what my issue is.Leslie Kirk

Well it wasn't what I thought it was. In my newly created menu, the sub-cats stay open. I think it's because there is no dynamic active state like the default category tree has.
