Suivant ReadyTheme Character Size and Format

I'm stuck, I need reduce the size of Nav Bar characters. As It stands now titles are over-lapping and difficult to read so I need to put a break in or reduce the size of the characters across the Nav Bar. Having difficult to locate the proper CCS file, if that's where character formatting is controlled.
